Several years ago, when my knees were very bad, and before there was a commercial capsaicin cream, I had read some research about the effect of topical application of the stuff. I made an infusion of chile in glycerine, painted it on my knees and then applied DMSO which is absorbed through the skin and takes whatever else is there with it. It worked, and how. when I recovered from the shock, my knees felt better and I did use it several times (but a weaker solution) and had remarkable improvement. -- Andie Paysinger & the PENDRAGON Basenjis,Teafer,Cheesy,Singer & Player asenji@earthlink.net So.
