[CH] License Plate?

Is there a ChileHead in the Acton, Calif. area?

I was driving north on the Antelope Valley Freeway (14) this afternoon
when a bright red Ford Explorer with the license plate  "CHLEMON"   and
a plate frame that said "Hot!Hot!Hot!  roared past me at a fairly hot
pace.  I tried to catch up but was left in the dust.  I was able to see
it  leave the freeway at  Crown Valley Road  so either it was  refueling
at Shell or Union, Jack in the Box or McDonalds,  or it lives in the
area.
