That's a little stiff... but, not as stiff as what TV Food Network
gets for them on their web site. Which is WIERD because anyone with
the slightest modicum of gumption can duck over to the recipe section
of their web site (foodtv.com / aol keyword food) and dowload the
exact recipe for all of the Emeril spice mixes.   <GGG>

Paul Prudhomme doesn't do that AFAIL
