I want to put in a positive comment re a chile plant supplier following others I saw a few weeks ago. Last year and this year I ordered chiles from Cross Country Nurseries. The plants arrived in great shape and when planted they "hit the ground running". New growth and happiness were observed just two days after planting. Several plants purchased locally (Lowe's) have been in the garden for two weeks and are just now showing some adjustment to their new digs. All 96 from Cross Countries are doing amazingly well -- no morbidity or mortality. The chile goddess (who else could grow well over 200 varieties of chiles) at the nursery is Janie. She is a really nice lady and quite knowledgeable of her wares. Her web site (www.chileplants.com) is great too -- pictures of many of the chiles offered. Thought you'd want to know. ch
