First, thanks to Chuck Demas for setting the record straight for FireGirl. You took the words out of my mouth, er uh off my keyboard. FireGirl, you can find bulk vinegar at your local food distributor. Check with SYSCO, AP, NIFDA, Pocahontas, etc. They may not have it in 20% solution, but you can buy it in bulk at 5%, and possibly 10%. If you give them a copy of your reseller's license, you won't have to pay sales tax till you sell your product. Second, I can understand why you would want to buy the stronger solution. It will be more economical, because you don't have to pay for so much packaging. Also, you can use it to adjust the pH without watering down the sauce. This the way the Big Boys do it.
