Shane I checked with the Safeway and Co-op in Shawnessy
(Calgary) and the Manager of the Co-op said that an American firm
has aquired the exclusive rights to distribute Rotel. Apparently
they will not even consider selling to Canada. The total Canadian
marketplace is less than the marketplace of Southern California. He
also said that it was a great product for them and that they would
love to have the product again. He thought the name of the company
was " American Home Products" but a check of the Thomas Register says
that they are more pharmacudical based. Maybe someone else knows who
the distributor is and we can bring the weight of all the Chileheads
to bear in hopes of resolving this desparate situation.
