Rob: I have two batches of Habanero Absolut in process now. To one I also added a few Seranos, which were on the hot side. I seeded and halved them all. I am intending to leave them in the wine cellar for 3 months before trying them. Since I intend to try some other flavors, I would be interested in hearing about yours. Distilling sounds like a lot of effort.
