There is an excellent restaurant in Providence called Al Forno: the
proprietors have published a cookbook or two, and have been written up more
than once in Bon Appetit and/or Food and Wine. I have made a pilgrimage
there myself, and was not disappointed. However: it is basically an Italian
restaurant, and not specifically chile-oriented. There may or may not be
spicy items on the menu. But you'd most likely enjoy eating there anyway!
