I had a salsa that had whole cloves of garlic in it ( I believe it was a Chipotle-garlic salsa from a natural foods market). I know I could just throw a bunch of cloves in my salsa, but I wondered if anyone has an "official" recipe. Picked my first Red Savina today. With all this talk about Shepards seeds and Red Savinas I would love to know what you all think.
