Hello All: I'm a new member to this list. I'm excited to have found it. I'm a lifelong chile-head (though I didn't always know it). Since I did recognize it I try to get the heat buzz whenever I can. This summer my wife & I planted some habeneros in our garden. It's our first time but it looks like we'll have plenty to go around & to last over the cold winter here in Wisconsin (once dried, pickled, etc). Since we're rookies can anybody give us advice on the best time to harvest these little beauties? They're still completely green. Looking forward to reading & learning more.... Rod
