It's called "Better Homes & Gardens Hot & Spicy: Cooking for Today."  I
got it at Border's for $15.95.  I don't know if it's available on the
Web, but I would assume you could find it with some work.  Hope that
helps.

Whoa! If this is the magazine they just put out with tons of recipes and 
great pictures, then you can call the 800 number thats in there and get
it for $7 (which includes the $3 shipping).  Sorry I dont have it handy cause I
just moved and I have no idea what box its in right now.
