Hi Fellow Chile-heads, I recently joined this list and I am getting quite an education. I am going to Mexico next week and wondered if anyone has any suggestions about any bottled sauces that I should try. I would like to bring back some marinades and condiment sauces. Suggestions are welcomed. I will also be bringing back a few dried chiles that are not currently in my stash. I am looking for the unusual. If you suggest one or two how about a recipe as well?
