Suz - Thanks for the warning, I enjoyed your post. I now keep a rubber surgical glove tacked to the refridgerator for cutting up fresh peppers. I made the mistake about a week ago of cutting up a bunch of fresh halepeno's. Talk about burning it was almost like a third degree burn but kinda different. It lasted about 24 hours.
