Anyone visiting DC may also want to check out the Chili Pepper Exhibit in The National Herb Garden from August 3rd through October 30th, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.   The curator said they will have roughly 60 types of Chili peppers this year and that between September 15 and October 15 a "Self-Guided Tour of Herbs Used in Hispanic Cultures" (this tour includes Chili's as well) will be available.
