TIA.> I cut back my VERY spindly Serranos from last year to about 6 inches of woody stem with a few leaves, which they finally lost. They came back like gangbusters this year with both plants about 36 inches tall and extremely bushy. Only one produced much fruit, but I think that's probably more a matter of genetics than anything else.
