Hi y'all! I picked up some red habanero mash while at the Texas Fiery Hot Food show that I thought would make a great addition to chicken wing sauce. I tried a test batch the other night with just some BBQ sauce, vinegar and mash. Heated it up some and soaked the wings in it. Tthe mash has the heat and flavor of habs, it's pretty much a giant had puree. The web site is at http://www.pedo.com/pepper.htm on how they make it, ordering etc. I voted this best of show, because it was the hottest thing with the flavor of habs still in it. The Fire Water was just another form of Dave's Insanity, hot, but still tastes like crap. So, have any chileheads used mash to make wing sauces, salsas, chili, etc? I'm needing a good hot and tasty recipe for the football season.
