Never heard of it but I can think of the following, Peppers ale very low in calories and eating lots of peppers will help loosing weight. Next thing is hot food can give signals to your brain that you have had enough food. This will normally take 30 minutes and could be speed up by the capsium so you will eat less than normal. Eating a lot of very hot food, this could have the same effect of a steam bath loosing weight by sweating. But this is only temporally loss of weight. And last... people try everything to loose there fat without effort, this is a billion dollar business worldwide. So if any 'Dr. Snuggles' will tell that Capsium is the product to get a tarzan figure just by taking a few pill's a day, it will be sold even if it works or not. My advice is eat healthy things, minimum 5 times a week (with peppers if possible), skip all softdriks except the 1 calorie ones, and go running minimum two times a week for at leased 15 minutes (or do any other sport) I'm speaking out of experience, and still doing the above, this made me loose 60 pounds of ugly fat 15 years ago and it never got back without any diet or wonder pill's.( and I'm still no Tarzan, but my condition is good!)
