I believe the two are unique varieties.  I purchased some seeds from Dave
Anderson @ Tough Love and he gets his from Petoseed (please correct me if
I'm mis-stating you, Dave) whereas Red Savina is a variety owned by GNS
Spices.  I haven't grown any of the Caribbean Reds, yet, but they are
purported to be nearly as hot as a Red Savinas.
