Dear Fellow C-H's I recently sent out some Habanero powder and was gratified by the responses. Hopefully, I will have several varieties of ground Chiles for sale soon. My next survey is completely different and I haven't gone wrong so far by asking questions of you and following your advice. This year I began to accept Visa and Mastercard and just this week added American Express. I also intended to add Discover card but was told by a not very nice person at Discover that they wouldn't deal with websites that didn't have secure credit card ordering. Going to secure ordering is a pretty pricey proposition and I have had no problems or complaints from the folks who sent me e-mails with their credit card numbers. In some cases, they have sent credit card info in separate messages with number in one and expiration date in another. I've been told that it's pretty tough to snag both parts because of alternate routes. Here's the questions: 1. Have you ordered on the Internet using a credit card? 2. Have you only ordered from secure sites? 3. Have you ordered from non-secure sites? 4. Have you ever had a problem ordering on the internet? 5. If so, what? 6. Would you only order from a secure site? Bear in mind that prices would probably increase. 7 Comments? Please reply privately. Thanks Dave Anderson Tough Love Chile Co. http://www.tough-love.com
