One sauce of their's I like quite a bit is "Mo Hotta Mo Betta Red Savina Habanero Sauce", which has a very pleasant yet mild and unassertive flavor, and enough heat to suffice for just punching up various food preparations a bit, e.g. it often goes great in the soups from our cafeteria at work (but which believe it or not are usually quite tasty hence don't want to compromise the flavor by adding a sauce with a contradictory flavor). --- Brent
