Hey all,
I was digging through an old stack of recipes and found one from the
Chile-heads recipe collection.  I've had the recipe longer than I have been
on the list so must have just blindly stumbled upon it.
	Anyway, its a nice easy sauce with no cooking involved.  Most list members
probably already have this but maybe some newbies would like it for their
files.  I made a batch up today with a few extra habs thrown in -  great
stuff for minimal effort!

Home-Style Inner Beauty Hot Sauce
12			Habaneros, roughly chopped
1			ripe mango, peeled and pitted (I used two since they were small)
1cup			yellow prepared mustard
1/4 cup		brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup		white vinegar (I used cider since its all I had)
1 tablespoon	curry powder
1 tablespoon	ground cumin
1 tablespoon	chili powder
salt and ground black pepper to taste

here is the difficult part - throw it all in a blender or food processor
and let it rip!
Pour into bottles and keep covered and refrigerated.
