A couple of tid-bits -

I happened across some El Yucateco Habanero sauce last night.  Based on
positive CH press, I bought two bottles.  Yow!  Great stuff!  Excellent
heat and delightful hab flavor.

Another recent discovery - Mezzeta's Habanero hot sauce.  This is like a
typical "taco sauce", except it has a good dose of hab flavor and heat,
and is really tasty (IMHO).  It won't quite turn your tounge into a
chipotle, but it is healthy.
