As has been talked about on this list, El Yucateco is a classic. I've loved it for years- it may very well (sad to say, I don't remember) be the first habanero hot sauce I ever tasted. The electric green color of that variety is fun just for the unnaturalness of it. There's also the red and the "Aztec" variety, which doesn't seem to have any artificial color but lacks none of the fire of its brighter siblings. I came across Mezzetta's here in Madison about a year ago, when the supermarket by work, long devoid of habanero hot sauces (can you believe, they dropped Melinda's for Tabasco Jalapeno? Yes, you probably can...) carried it for a short time. Not one of the great hot sauces, but definitely an improving influence on supermarket freezer-case lunches. Just my 2 cents. Jonathan
