Chile Lovers- I have some leftover cooked beef in my freezer that has already been shredded. I've done so many quesadillas, enchiladas, tacos, etc. that I'm sick of them. I'm still jonesin' for a nice chile-head dish to prepare with this beef. I've searched the web, but I'm really not inspired by anything I've found.
