Came up with this one this evening: 6 or 8 purple tomatillos 1 carribean red hab, or 2 or 3 red savinas 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup water 3 tbsp. Vermont maple syrup Put all ingerdients in a small saucepan. Cook 15 min. Pulverise with a Braun hand mixer. Simmer another 45 min. Strain. Don't know what I'll use it for yet, but it tastes great. Tom http://members.tripod.com/CH_ili
