Came up with this tonight: 6 or 8 purple tomatillos. 1 Carribean Red Habanero ( or 2 Red Savinas). 1/4 cup water. 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp Vermont maple syrup. Cook for 15 min., then pulverise with a Braun hand mixer. Simmer another 45 min., then strain. Makes 1 cup. Don't know what to do with it yet, but it tastes great. Tom http://members.tripod.com/CH_ili
