     Habs freeze great!! I grow habs and use them in my pepper sauces 
.......I always freeze what I can't use at the time and they freeze better 
than any other pepper I've tried......same heat, same texture as when they 
went in the freezer............don't freeze any that have spoiled!! Hope this
