Myron, I am not Mike, nor just like Mike, but I am a former resident (1 year) of KandyAss City. I worked for a Global Wireless Theft Company (Sprint PCS). Anyway, I don't know where all the really REALLY good places are, but for my 2 cents... can't go wrong with Gates (Good stuff man! This is the PLACE !) Haywards (do NOT look in the kitchen, don't even think about the kitchen) Boardroom (It's ok) I didn't particularly like KC-Masterpiece, or as I refer to it McBBQ. Hurley (formerly Bad Monk... now? Bad MIS Manager? Bad Geek? Bad bad bad...) Braden P.S. I had a horrible experience at Sprint PCS (they SUCK!) and, I am afraid it colored my perceptions of Kandyass, and Misery. But, they made good food (BBQ, Thai, Indian, ...) and I made some excellent friends there. BTW Hi Mike, I hope you don't work for Sprint 8^> myron menaker wrote: > > Dear Mike, > > Any recommendations for barbecue in downtown KC? > > I know...they must be all over the "BBQ Capital of the World," but > still, I would not want to miss an especially good restaurant! > > Thanks in advance. > > Myron in Daytona Beach FL > > PS Recommendations for other "hot-spots" welcomed too! > > Mike Pierce wrote: > > > Sounds like a grate idea!
