Yes, there is a web site that allows you to order seed.
They have a database of their seed inventory that you can browse or query.
If you order, make sure you check if seed is available for distribution, and
make sure you specify the correct repository (S9 for chile pepper seed).
Also, remember that this service is primarily for scientists,
(see http://www.ars-grin.gov/npgs/aboutnpgs.html ), so if we abuse it,
it may not be available in the future.
