[CH] Meat Grinders and chiles

Would you care to share any advice about including chiles with the meats you 
grind?  I haven't tried it yet, but I'm curious.  I have a Chop-Rite #10 
with a few plates and a sausage stuffer.

For that matter, have you or anyone run chiles alone through a meat grinder, 
without meat?
