Bugs. Consider that bugs were here before us and will probably be here after we are gone. Even if you get rid of every bug in your yard, a 5 mph breeze can bring them in from next door. A suggestion, now that you have been bitten by the garden bug, get a copy of Rodales "Color Handbook of Garden Insects" by Anna Carr. There is about 300 different ones in there, It is easier and quicker to grab the book, make a visual comparison, than it is to find it on the web. The last time I purchased a copy, the price was under $20. The following has about 250 more bugs than Rodales, But the last time I priced it, locally it was $175. I just let my County Agent look up the ones I can not find in Rodales. "Diseases and Pests of Vegetable Crops in Canada", Ronald J. Howard, J. Allan Garland, W. Lloyd Seaman, 1994, ISBN 0-9691627-3-1 And finally a request. If you are looking for bug/disease help on this forum. remember it is an open forum for organic/chemical controls. If you desire an organic control only state it up front. I could save some flame wars. Byron
