[CH] Aphids on Chile Plants

Hi folks, I have two or three questions for the list.  First, what are the
best ways to annihilate aphids from chile plants?  I dunno how my favorite
hab plant picked up aphids since its an indoor plant, but I figure they came
through the screen on one of those fine spring days when I had all the
windows open. Also, is the use of a pyrethrum insecticide still considered
"organic"? What about using Neem oil?  Second, down here in Texas at
Albertson's grocery stores, they used to have a chile pepper bread.  It was
a round dark brown loaf. I was pretty disappointed when they stopped making
it. Anyone have the recipe?  I think there was another question, but it
escapes me at the moment.  Must be the early onset of Alzheimer's.  Thanks.
