Hi all, If you mean the Laurel tree which give us the Bay leaf. I moved a 5year old stunted tree from the pumice country I lived in to here by the beach. Nine years on and it is 18 feet tall and flourishing. I may use 10 leaves a year in beef stews. Any further uses would be very welcome. Tony Flynn Grandad. retired at the beach. Bay of Plenty.
