Sheesh, you guys! Any recipe that will produce six servings, with only one tablespoon of Canola(Rape) is, IMHO LOW fat. I use far more than that in my Asian coking when I stir fry, and I use peanut oil, which is not as healthy as Canola, supposedly. And when I do Greek or Italian, I use olive oil, and this old cook tipe the scale at 160 lbs....not bad for an old geezer who enjoys cooking and eating. Lemme tell you what we do not do.....patronize ANY fast food restaraunts or take out joints, and I believe that is why the American(including Canada)continent will tip over due to the huge accunulation of overweight people living in North America which unfortunately is affecting their health, as well as their appearance. The tip over bit is a figure of speech, Chas, just in case you were going to correct me! I must say, that in the past twenty years, the number of pregnant men walking around, has quadrupled, and according to the latest statistic that I read, the overweight are usually undernourished. Now I will duck into a corner, and hide to avoid the flames, carrying my hot sauces and Calvin's with me!Cheers, Doug in BC
