Disaster has struck

Fired up the smoker on the weekend to smoke and dry the last of the season's
pods - a kilo of red and yellow rocotos, kilo of jalapenos and the last of
the aji's.  All was going well but I took my eye off the ball for a while,
went back to check them and all I had left is CHARCOAL (albeit very hot
charcoal).  Must have been pretty good heat beads.

Oh well - Spring is only 77 days away.
