Jim, Congratulations!, but I'm not surprised, it's real good stuff you make! Still have some in the fridge, saving for the next BBQ. I can tell you I made a easy dipping sauce with a ratio of one teaspoon Red Savina on two table spoons mayonnaise and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Served it together with two home made mild salsas and a other spicy dipping sauce and a big boal of tortilla chips, to some friends and family a few weeks ago. Unless I warned them that this 'special' one was hot, well they know my cooking, but never the less they all ignore this. Jumped on this one directly ,and some added over a teaspoon of sauce on one chip... Never had so many tears, jells and screams at my table at the same time!, and cost me a lot on drinks too and we talked hot food almost the whole night... a great time. Hot regards Rob NL - It was also the only one out of four products that I entered into the Food Distribution Magazine hot sauce contest that DIDN'T get an award. My Red Savina(tm) Garlic got a third in Hot Sauce- Hot, my Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce got a third in Hot Sauce- Yow! and (drum roll please) my Smokin' Chipotle Sauce got FIRST place in the Hot Sauce- Mild Results were just announced day before yesterday. -Jim C MWPH
