Hi Pat,
I should tell you that Conimex is not really an authentic brand. It's the
Dutch version of Indonesian food, my Indonesian family says so, but it's
still close to the good stuff. I know when I send people a jar of Sambal
Oelek to try, they have tiny jars to taste, I send out the Conimex, but for
encores I send a jar of Soyfood or Joyfood, the lable is a little hazy. So
we do produce some chile related products, but for the good stuff I go to
this Oriental store which caters to the authentic oriental restaurants and
caterers. You need a pass to get into the store which we luckily have. So if
you'd like to try the good stuff, since you've tried Conimex, send me your
