I am trying a rib recipe that I saw on Oprah the other day. Take your ribs andshke on Lawry;s seasoning salt and rub them with chopped jalapenos and lots of garlic. Cover the ribs with sliced onions and red, yellow and green peppers. Wrap in foil and let marinate for 48 hours. When ready to cook, let come to room temperature about an hour and bake at 300 until tender. I, however am going to put them onto the grill and create a barbecue sauce for basting as well as dipping. I sure hope they are good - the fridge reeks of garlic. Angel
