Yahoo lists http://www.pacefoods.com as a featured site this 
week. Check out the recipes which will can probably be improved 
on with some home made salsa.

Just remember that while these folks claim to use 30 million 
pounds of Jalapenos per year, they also hold a patent on a 
heatless Jalapeno.

A heatless Jalapeno Hybrid named "Fooled You" will be available
