BOOT CAMP:
The 2nd Sawtell Chilli Festival is on next Saturday and as defending
Champion I have to make an appearance, "to defend my title"..
I trained last night at TIP's Thai Cottage in Coffs Harbour,
Tip served me a Green Prawn dish w/rice, and then her secret Jungle
soup, both dishes swimming with Chiles..
The Green Prawn dish had lots of Thai Basil..
The Jungle Soup had lots of aromatic herbs.. 
I'm working on getting the Recipe from her for the Jungle Soup, She nce
told me as far as Thai herbs go, "If it grows on the Kerb its a herb"
and needs cooikig,,
