Hi to all the Chile-Heads! Me and my husband started 3 years ago with 2 plants in the corner of the vegetable garden. This year I managed to control myself at the nursery and only planted 12 pepper plants of various kinds...some of them are still a mystery. I used to hate spicy foods but little by little I have learned to enjoy the fruits of our labor. It helps that my husband LOVES hot stuff so I strive to set his mouth on fire but mostly I just love watching the darn things grow! This year I planted a "Garden Salsa". It is healthy and prolific and the name says what it's good for...salsa...and I have used it in cooked sauces too On to the question.... Even though "Garden Salsa" is a hybrid, does it belong to any particular variety such as New Mexican or Cayenne or WHICH ONE?? Which varieties is it a hybrid of? Thanks, Lori in South Carolina
