Thanks for the positive comments about my Chili Mix and I agree that the appearance is keeping repeat sales to a minimum. Presently I am focusing on yet another product done in the same fashion as the Chili Mix. I'll let everyone know when it's ready. (It's a Rub.) I'll work on the idea from Dave about offering the Chili Mix in a "pre-mixed" container. One thing for sure is that it will be a lot cheaper!!. My wife and I were vacationing north of the border in Quebec City and Montreal. Not much in Quebec City that I found to be on the spicy side. But in Montreal we dined at a place called Casa De Mateo which is in Old Town and was excellent. They make a Diablo Sauce that was fantastic, not as hot as the name implies, as it is made with De Arbol Chile, but still had a nice warm kick.
