Can anyone tell me the difference between El Yuc red and green. My favorite Mexican restaurant now has them on the table and I've used both (even with my moderate constitution they are good!) and can't see a difference in heat or much in flavor. The genuine Mexican cooks and waitstaff couldn't come up with an answer either. Could someone enlighten me? I'm going to buy some and don't know whether it makes sense to have both kinds around if they're pretty much the same. Thanks!
