mmm... permit me to clarify my position... I strongly dislike Tabasco, mainly because of its a bit sour for my taste, I'm not one of those "I can eat hotter chillies that you" people, however after eating chillies in extraordenary amounts, and growing my own Haba's for about 4 years now, I've found the run-of-the-mill, "hot" sauces quite bland. Personally I like the Apricot tast of the Haba's and the citric smell when I cut them.... I have a killer Habanero Sweet\Sour pickle recipe of which I make about 6 Bottles each year, maybe someone would like to try it sometime...
