But, I'm wondering, what else? Green chile stew. Vegetable or chicken soup made with green chiles. Mash or chop it and mix it into cornbread and corn muffins. Savory waffles, tortillas and pancakes, too. Is there such a thing as a green chile cake? Or a cold soup. Something not green pureed on one side, green chile the other. Keep the two from mixing. Then take a knife, drag it through one or the other, making a quick swirl on the top and the soup will look pretty. Karen
