We smoked a whole salmon for the first time on our water smoker not long ago and it was wonderful. I added some of the leftovers to pasta with cream sauce/Alfredo and a good shake of Calvin's mythical powder and it was terrific. You might also try that with your tuna. And I love tuna salad with sliced radishes in it and lots of good hot curry powder. Your smoked tuna will likely be good with that as well. Make an open faced tuna melt sandwich with the curried tuna salad (swiss cheese and toasted rye bread is my favorite for that combo)...mmmmm, heavenly. Deb in Houston ---- From: MReese4943@aol.com Come on over. It was a five pound piece of fish! Now, since I have so much smoked tuna, I'm gonna make some tuna salad with some of it. I'll let you know how that turns out!
