Greetings from Chicago, all, where it's been a dandy Summer for chile-growing... Found El Yuc in a Chipotle variety yesterday, one I'd never seen before, in a favorite, primarily Jamaican-oriented fruit and veggie market on north side; haven't sampled it as of yet, as I have a BIG batch of homemade roasted tomato/chipotle salsa in the fridge that I'd better use up first before cracking a new bottle. Has anyone seen/used it before?
