[CH] Peppers and Fish and Birds

Birds eat hot peppers while most mammals, with the exception of a few
hairless apes, dont eat hot peppers. What about fish? Does anyone know if
they feel the burn? I know this is a slightly silly question but some bird
feed has hot peppers in it, I guess its to give them pretty feathers, and
some fishermen use that same bird food to catch fish because it has hot
peppers in it.
