The recipe I was looking for was made with cranberry juice, Somewhere near the end of the process you drop in a couple birdseye type in the bottom of each jar for a little color and the "last lick" was different. Used Bolvian Rainbows for this. Didn't matter much if you used more than 1/2 dz peppers per batch, Over that amount the heat change was not that noticable. Did batches with 6, 12 and 18. Ergo more batches with less peppers The recipe was just the hot peppers, pectin, sugar, vinegar. But no vinegar taste. ~ only one place I like the taste of vinegar.~ Lord Byron
