MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Jalapeno Jelly (Whole Chile Pepper Book) Categories: Jams, Chilies Yield: 12 Cups 12 Jalapenos, stems removed 2 Bell peppers, medium 1 1/2 c White vinegar 6 c Sugar 1/3 c Lemon juice 4 oz Liquid pectin 10 Drops green food coloring Puree peppers together in blender. Mix puree with vinegar in saucepan. Boil 10 min. Off heat, add sugar and lemon juice. Return to heat and bring to boil. Add pectin and food coloring and boil 1 min.
